CHASE ROOF INSPECTIONS RACIAL SLUR

CHASE ROOF INSPECTIONS MAKE RACIAL SLUR IN FORGED EMAIL

In an desperate attempt to deceive and mislead the Tennessee Licensing Board over contractors, around August 30th John Swindle of CHASE ROOF INSPECTIONS responded to the Board with false statements, some fake emails that he had fabricated. First of all we would like to deal with the racial slur part of one of the fake emails . He used the word ( FOUL ) toward an African American senior citizen that he had installed a poor quality sloppy roof installation  on home. There was a time back in history when blacks was not allowed to drink from a water fountain because blacks were considered less than human and would foul the water fountain. John Swindle don't understand that he can't used certain words toward black people to try and cover up the deceitful fraudulent work he has did to the home of this senior citizen, and not be called out for it.

John Swindle in part of his fake email to the Tennessee Board stated about the victim (Just know that I already forgive you for your  Foul comments and accusations). However, John Swindle is the one that had his workers to install this sloppy job of a roof over excessive amount of rotten decking on the home of the victim. Swindle is not the victim and the senior citizen is the only one that could be giving someone forgiveness. However Swindle has not showed any good faith or effort to correct the problems that he is responsible for. And until Swindle make restitution, there is no forgiveness on the part of the victim that can be given to John Swindle.

Now second we would like to address this sloppy form of an email. Not sure what he made it up on but one thing for sure is that it was not sent to the victim who filed the complaint to the Tennessee Licensing Board as John Swindle was trying to mislead and deceive the Board into thinking that he sent it to the victim. Because the first time that the victim ever seem this piece of work was when the Board sent it to the victim of the complaint for a rebuttal after Chase Roof Inspections had responded to the Board with the forged email.

However, there's a few things that all emails have in common, when it come to emails that are actually sent or emails that are received. You have to send the email though a email client to a real email address. If he had sent the email though a email client it goes to your sent folder and when you print it from your sent folder It would show your email client name on the top edge of the page. And it will show how many pages on the bottom edge of the page, such as 1/1 or 1/2. His email client is Workspace webmail and is nowhere on this so call email.  The fake email header section is jammed all together with the body of his message and that is not the normal format how an email look when you print it out. And the text is going uphill as if it were typed on a typewriter and the paper was not loaded straight. This can't be anything other than a forgery trying to make it look like an email and a very poor job at it. Copy of fake email below.

This fake email was not printed from a email client sent folder. The bottom part was sent to Swindle by the senior citizen victim of a sloppy roof. However there is a way to copy and paste someone original email into the body of a draft to compose an email, and it is really simple. And then you click at the top part of the draft and type in your message and an email header part, what was did here most likely. And then you can right click anywhere within the body of the page and only print what is in the draft part. And you get what you see below. Not showing the email client printed anywhere on the page. However, the top forged part was never intended for the victim to see (maybe). Only for the Tennessee Licensing Board to see. If he had sent an email of this nature to this senior citizen on 7/4/2020 using the racial slur word ( FOUL ) toward victim. He wouldn't have been allowed to have walked up into the home carport on 7/14/2020, attempting to pull another scam.

This forged email above just jump out at you for what it is.  It explains a lot of things that occurred in late 2020 when someone hacked into the senior citizen google account and left a footprint. And the footprint was the address from where they hacked into the account.  It was John Swindle address location in Olive Branch Ms. At the same time Google warned the victim to change both of his email passwords and never use those passwords again.  This triggered us to do several background checks online of John Swindle. And Boy we were not surprised or shocked by what we seen, it was just too late.  I will just say that before your hire someone to install your roof, always do an extensive thorough background check of that person. And to think of the fact, that the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance tried to Cover-Up Swindle gross negligence of Code Violations.

CHASE ROOF INSPECTIONS COVERED UP EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF ROTTEN DECKING

On 10/1/2020 the senior citizen homeowner was determined to go back into his attic to see if it was more rotten decking that Chase Roof Inspections had covered up with new shingles. And boy was he surprised for the third time. It is very difficult for anyone to get about in the attic of the home because the roof doesn't have a lot of slopes to it.  And it was very hard for the senior because he had just spent the past weekend at the Hospital ER and his PCP doctor office on 9/28/2020. Even though family members had advised him to wait until he recover, but he was determined to take another look in the attic. Some of these new photos are more shocking than the previous photos taken on 6/24/2020 and another date of other areas of the roof. You just wouldn't think that a so-called reputable roofing company would do a thing like this, but the photos are not fake like Chase Roof forged email above. And Swindle will not honor his contract installation warranty. According to Home Advisor which he uses to advertise on, Swindle do not want to do a refund willingly so the senior citizen can get the roof repaired by a reputable roofing company. Nor does he want to use Fair Claims Arbitration that Home Advisor say that they will pay for, because Swindle however feel that it will favor the victim. Sounds like a guilty person conscious of guilt to me. These Photos was taken 10/1/2020 with victim Huawei smartphone, which attaches the date, time, and phone model number to the photos for vetting it.

Code states that the decking must be solid, not rotten when you install a new roof.  And these are only half of the photos.
