Judge Betty Thomas Moore Unfit and Should Resign
Certainly! On November 15, 2021, a controversial incident unfolded within the legal realm as it was alleged that Judge Betty Thomas Moore had an ulterior motive in silencing and obstructing case number 2066863. The case in question revolved around a white Contractor hailing from Alabama, John Swindle of Chase Roof Inspections and his questionable installation of a subpar roof on the residence of a vulnerable senior citizen residing in Memphis, Tennessee.
The role of a sitting Judge is one of utmost importance, characterized by integrity, fairness, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the rule of law. However, it is suggested that Judge Moore, on this particular occasion, failed to uphold these fundamental principles. Speculations arose that her actions may have been swayed by personal interests or external influences, potentially compromising the impartiality of the trial. Such allegations undermine the trust society places in judges to administer justice with unwavering objectivity.
During the course of the trial, within a mere fifteen minutes, Judge Moore’s conduct and statements gave rise to doubts regarding her neutrality. It was suggested that she had engaged in discussions pertaining to the case with John Swindle, the aforementioned contractor at the center of the controversy. The implications of such potential ex parte communications cast a shadow of uncertainty over the proceedings, raising concerns about the judge’s adherence to the ethical standards expected of her position.
Judicial impartiality is a cornerstone of the legal system, ensuring equal treatment and fair outcomes for all parties involved. When doubts arise surrounding the integrity and belief in the rule of law of a judge, it threatens the very fabric of our justice system. The swift and efficient resolution of this matter is paramount in preserving the public’s trust and confidence in the judiciary.
It is essential to approach such situations with a measured and evidence-based approach. The credibility and reputation of not only Judge Moore but also the judicial system as a whole, hinge on the careful investigation and review of the circumstances surrounding the case. Only by addressing these concerns transparently and the diligent pursuit of justice can the public’s faith in the judiciary be restored.
It should be noted that these allegations are not yet substantiated, and it is essential to allow the appropriate authorities to conduct a thorough inquiry. This case serves as a reminder that continuous scrutiny, accountability, and adherence to the highest standards are crucial for the effective functioning of the legal system.
The evidence was overwhelming, but Judge Betty Thomas Moore would not allow the evidence to be presented. Yes, she blocked the evidence from the senior citizen but allowed the contractor to present whatever he wanted. She deviated from the rules and guidelines of having a real trial. There was no opening statement allowed by the senior citizen (Plaintiff), no crossexamination allowed, and no closing statement from the Plaintiff whatsoever. It is crystal clear that it was staged and preplanned for the benefit of the White Contractor. If Judge Betty Thomas Moore cannot serve with integrity, she should step down and resign. She acted as both judge and attorney for the Defendant.
The photos depicted clear instances of code violations. According to the regulations in place, the decking material must meet certain standards, one of which is its solidity. In this particular case, it is evident that the decking in question is in a state of disrepair, with signs of rot and deterioration clearly visible. Such a condition not only compromises the structural integrity of the deck but also poses safety risks for individuals using it. Code violations are taken seriously as they are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of the occupants.
On October 12, 2021, the funniest thing happened in this case. The case was set for trial, but it did not take place. The defendant, John Swindle, was sitting in court using his phone for some time. There weren’t that many people in there at that time. He had been doing it all morning. However, it became obvious what he was doing. About 15 minutes later, Judge Betty Thomas hung her head and stated, “Sir, would you please turn your phone off?” He had been texting away all morning. However, it appeared that she was showing him favoritism because of the time it took for her to finally say something about what Swindle was doing.
Judge Betty Thomas Moore has a track record of not serving justice fairly. The same plaintiff who filed this home improvement fraud case against John Swindle of Chase Roofs Inspections was rear-ended by a white lady who was talking on her cell phone. This incident took place approximately 22 years ago. However, the case was heard in Judge Betty Thomas Moore’s courtroom. She allowed the lady to mock and laugh openly about how she had hit the plaintiff. Unfortunately, Judge Betty Thomas was not impartial. The plaintiff continues to suffer from neck pain, back pain, and shoulder pain, as well as experiencing popping in his neck when attempting to turn his head left or right. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff was forced to reduce his work hours to part-time in 2001.
On November 15, 2021, there was another case involving a poorly installed roof by Sears Home Improvement, affecting another senior citizen. This case was heard in Judge Betty Thomas Moore’s courtroom. She dismissed and quashed the case. She stated that he was suing the wrong party, which was not true. However, Sears was indeed the party who had installed the roof on his home. Surprisingly, she saved both of these cases for the very end, possibly to avoid public scrutiny. It is disheartening to see such treatment towards senior citizens, especially coming from a sitting judge like Betty Thomas Moore. She brings disgrace to the Judicial Civil Court System of Memphis, Tennessee, in Shelby County. It appears that Judge Betty Thomas Moore is highly corrupt.
